ARCH Construction ( I think that was the name) did 565 Jersey. I don't have a number, but I toured the place with a friend who was looking to purchase one of the units a few years ago. I think the builder lives in town. I do believe it was 2 brothers who are also Architects.

I guess you could call the building dept and ask

Not to hi-jack the thread, but I just wanted to give my 2 cents about PSEG. They are horrible. Besides waiting and waiting for them to show up, the tech worked on the unit for 4 hours, changing every part in the unit. He then told me that they could not fix the unit and I had to replace it. ( even though he changed everything) They told me that they would give me terms over 36 months with no interest. After calculating the payments, their price was almost $3200 higher then what the furnace should have cost.
Sorry to vent, but its been 5 years since that incident and it still bothers me.

jc-arch, your dealing with a gas fire appliance, Sometimes trying trying to be a DYIer is not a good idea. Id call a local heating repair company. Try searching Google, yelp, etc.

PLaying with gas is no joke.

Hi Tamard. Ive used Royal Heating in the past. They are a small family company ( father and son). Don's the father and Chris is the son. Great guys...Never had a problem with them. They were always there on time and did great work. I moved to South Jersey now and the guys down here are horrible. No one calls you back or shows up when they tell you. I miss living in the city, but my job moved me down here and the commute would kill me.

Good luck.
Mike.

Their number is 201-434-0315. I think that they have a web site too? www.royalheatingandcooling.com
