I'll try the dollar store first then venture out to Lowes if needed.

The dollar stores on Newark Ave have mylar balloons. Last time I got some they were ~$1 each. They should last for at least a week.

Pro tip: take a big garbage bag to stuff them in if you're buying more than two - and picking them up on foot. Otherwise you end up with a hot tangled mess by the time you get home.

I'm looking for input as to where the I can find some good balloons for a birthday party this week. Preferably somewhere in Hamilton Park or Downtown JC somewhere.
