Good job Fulop! It seems to me that it has been a long time since anybody enforced the rules of the road regarding trucks. Glad to see that you are attempting to tackle this long neglected issue. And inconveniencing Global, an entity that couldn't give a crap about such laws is an added benefit.

JERSEY CITY ? Operations at the Global Container Terminal on the Jersey City-Bayonne border were stalled for about two hours this morning when Jersey City police conducted what they said were emergency safety inspections along the terminal?s only access road, causing a two-mile backup into the terminal.
