There is an Eastern European restaurant on Summit Ave in the Heights called Mama Cuisine. There is a posting on jclist. The food is good. It just opened.

Not much on this side, I usually go into Bayonne when I want my Polish fix but the two spots there are Deli's not restaurants.

My cousin and his wife (she's Polish) will be visiting me this weekend and I wanted to take them to a nice Polish restaurant. Tentatively, I was taking them to Greenpoint but with the sketchy weather predicted, I think I might want to stay local and on Jersey side of river. Are there any dine-in places in JC (aside from Sava) or surrounding nearby towns?
