It's one of the smallest chis I've ever seen. Definitely don't like the dog. Definitely sounds like someone being murdered. Definitely needs to go. Worst dog in the world.

Don't take it out on the poor chihuahua. Despite what people here may believe, chihuahuas are NOT naturally yappy, they are very spirited dogs, but quiet in general. There is clearly something wrong with the owner that this poor chihuahua is in such distress. If you see this owner you may want to question what he or she is doing to put the poor chi in such an unhappy, friendly state.
