Group found with rifle and handgun

Jersey City police were on patrol Friday night on Ocean Avenue when they saw a suspicious group of men walking down the street, according to officials.

When the police stopped the group, they found they were carrying a rifle and a handgun, officials said.

The men were charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, according to police.
