He should consider a career in law enforcement if he's going to be driving around town like that.

View Larger Map Jersey City man issued several summonses after his SUV plows into parked vehicles, police say Sunday, November 27, 2011, 4:30 PM By Charles Hack/The Jersey Journal A 30-year-old Jersey City man driving an Ford Explorer was taken to the hospital early Saturday after his vehicle struck two parked vehicles and flipped on its side. The crash caused damage to two other parked vehicles and the man, Jerome C. Fuller, was issued several summonses, police say. An unlicensed 30-year-old driver has been charged with careless driving after the SUV he was driving early Saturday struck two parked vehicles, flipped on its side, and caused a chain reaction that damaged two other parked vehicles, according to Jersey City police reports. The driver, Jerome C. Fuller, of Lembeck Avenue in Jersey City, was taken to the Jersey City Medical Center and treated for an injury to his right arm and hand, police reports said. Police were called to Manhattan Avenue near Kennedy Boulevard at 2:29 a.m. after the Ford Explorer Fuller was driving slammed into the rear of a parked Toyota pickup, sideswiped a car that was parked in front of truck, and then flipped onto its side, police said. The impact of the crash pushed the pickup onto the sidewalk and against a tree, reports said. The SUV also shoved the car that was in front of the pickup into a third parked car, which in turn hit a fourth parked vehicle, reports said. Fuller, who refused to cooperate with police, was issued multiple summonses, including being unlicensed to drive, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, careless driving, and driving without a seat belt, reports said. The owner of the SUV, Katherine Stewart, 30, of Marshall Drive in Hoboken, was also issued a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate the SUV, reports said.
