A Bayonne man was arrested by Jersey City police in a Greenville area known for drug and gun complaints after the cops found two bags of suspected heroin in his car Sunday, officials said.

Vladimir Scepanovic, 34, of Avenue C, was arrested at Kennedy Boulevard and Cator Avenue at 4:34 p.m. and charged with possession of heroin, police said yesterday.

Officers doing surveillance at Martin Luther King Drive and Stevens Avenue watched as Scepanovic drove up and handed a man money, reports said. He then waited a few minutes before approaching a woman who handed him an object, reports said.

Scepanovic got into a car and drove away, but police stopped the vehicle and when they approached they saw him hide a bag of suspected heroin under his leg, reports said. When police opened the car door, they saw a second bag on the side of the seat, reports said.
