View Larger Map Cops: intoxicated JC man robbed A Jersey City man was thrown to the ground and robbed early Saturday morning, police said. The victim said he was walking home in the area of Columbia Avenue and Leonard Street when he was approached from behind by five men, police reports said. He was thrown to the ground and one the men reached into his pocket and grabbed $200 in cash, police reports said. The victim was intoxicated and could not identify the robbers who fled east on Leonard Street, reports said, adding the victim did not show any visible signs of injury and refused medical attention.
