My fiance was wrongfully (and illegally) terminated from his employer. We are looking for recommendations for an Employment Attorney. Any suggestions? Any Employment Attorneys on jclist?

My neighbor recently left a job where her former employer owes her around 15k in back commissions that they have not paid. She came to me for a NJ attorney referral but all the lawyers I know work in NY only. Are there any NJ attorneys that the group can recommend that specialize in employment law? She may have been discriminated against as well.
Trying to help her out since she is very upset about it. Thanks
