I?m reaching out to invite you to join me along with PS#3 teachers and parents this Saturday at 11am for a fun and important softball game to take a stand for our children?s education.

Last week, PS #3 and other JC public schools lost several personnel in the wake of severe educational cutbacks taking place across the state. More layoffs are expected.

But instead of falling apart, PS#3 parents and teachers are unifying to raise funds and awareness for our school with our first Parents vs. Teachers softball game to benefit PS#3 student athletics.

Come watch PS#3's team P.R.I.D.E (parents) play team UNITY (teachers)!

When: Saturday, May 22nd at 11am

Where: Lincoln Park softball field (just over the bridge near the soccer fields).

Donation: $3 per person (PS#3 students are FREE) .All proceeds will benefit PS#3 student athletics.

Hot dogs, popcorn, soda and other goodies will be sold.

It promises to be a fun event for the entire family. Hope to see you there!
