Seems more like another hackneyed joke about a mob/ Soprano-esque "No show" carpenter Union Job than anything to do with this corruption scandal.

From last night's opening skit of Saturday Night Live lampooning Obama's State of the Union. It's a bit long, so you can skip past the first 4 minutes to where the countdown clock shows around 2:40 left. It'd be a lot funnier if JC taxpayers, weren't paying the price...
