A Jersey City woman was arrested last night and charged with disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer outside a River Street bar last night.
Police were called to the area outside Oddfellow?s Rest last night just before midnight and met with a woman who was ?intoxicated and acting disorderly,? according to a police report.
The woman was bleeding from scratches on her face and knees but refused treatment when EMS workers arrived, according to the report.
Then the women started yelling obscenities at a female officer, then pushed her in the chest, pulled her jacket and grabbed her radio, according to the report.
Claudia Pizzitola, 49, of Sixth Street in Jersey City, was arrested and brought to Hoboken Police Headquarters where she tried to strike an EMS worker who tried to treat her there, according to the report.
