Heard some breaks skid there around this time, but didn't see anything. Sorry.
Is the victim ok? This intersection is terrible for some reason. Some guy with two dogs almost got hit yesterday and the driver got out to yell at the pedestrian. This and other incidents happen here all the time. Ridiculous.

If you witnessed the accident please send me a PM. The driver stopped and spoke to police but additional information is needed.
