Anyone know the story behind the building that sits in the triangle formed by Newark Ave, Bay and Erie Streets - sits at the end of Barrow St? It's a gorgeous building, but it seems to be grossly underutilized. Except for the first floor dentist office and small retail store on the corner, there doesn't seem to be much going on there - maybe I'm wrong. Hard to tell from the street. The Bay Street side looks like an abandoned building.
