Ah yes.... should one bear the slings and arrows of a possible pouring misfortune? To go or not to go that is the question? ( I heard it was FREE and HAD SWORD FIGHTS! I'm so there.)

Shakespeare In The Park
Thursday, Aug 20th 7:00pm The Hudson Shakespeare Company and the Friends of Van Vorst Park, invite you to three evenings of plays in VVP. Bring a picnic dinner, spread a blanket on the lawn by the flagpole, and enjoy some culture under the stars. Merry Wives of Windsor? a Shakespeare High Farce. Due to the many sword fights in tonight?s performance of Troilus and Cressida, seating will be where we have our Wednesday films? just east of the gazebo.

Winter's Tale - Shakespeare Comedy dealing with romantic trails of a mother and daughter. Wednesday, July 1 - 7PM rain date, Thursday July 2 - 7PM Troilus and Cressida - An adventure/romance comedy set during the Trojan War with lots of sword fighting. Thursday, July 16 - 7PM, Rain Date, Friday, July 17 - 7PM Merry Wives of Windsor - High Shakespeare Farce. Thursday, August 20 - 7PM, Rain Date, Friday, August 21 -7pm Hope to see you there, Parkman
