If the streets in Liberty Harbor have been dedicated to the city, then they are city streets and must have signs indicating parking restrictions for those restrictions to be enforced. If they have not been dedicated to the city, then they are private property, and fall under the state's tow laws, which coincidentally also requires signs stating where cars are to be towed.

I would be very careful. There are cameras everywhere and security does watch for people parking and just walking away.
I've seen a few cars get yanked out of here on the back of a tow truck.

Depends on the signs.
If its not posted, then its fair game. If its part of a zone, it will say so. If its "No Parking" it will say so. If its not posted, then go for it.

Nope, we will tow you. Get a parking permit and save yourself the aggravation because the LH cameras look for anyone parking then walking across Grand.

I am moving to VVP District in a few days for 4 months, and looking at the parking zones and I am on the edge of zone 1 near liberty harbor. Since the liberty harbor area is not a zone covered by the JC parking authority, am I allowed to park on the street anywhere there?
