Watch your back Mayor Healy, here comes Sandra!

Is Hudson County state Sen. Sandra B. Cunningham, widow of former Jersey City Mayor Glenn D. Cunningham, gearing up to run for her husband's old seat?

Cunningham is bucking local Democratic leadership, in particular Jersey Mayor Jerramiah T. Healy, chair of the powerful Hudson County Democratic Organization, by endorsing U.S. Rep. Rob Andrews for U.S. Senate over incumbent Frank Lautenberg.

She is also challenging the qualifications of Jersey City's new fire chief, Michael O'Reilly, who is the brother of the city's business administrator.

But flush with campaign cash, Healy appears ready for all challengers next year.
