i am a location scout by trade, but have thought about doing what i do for realtors. i photograph the place very thoroughly so that viewers get the best idea of what the place looks like.

thanks for the feedback... i will do just that. I have pictures, but they're the RE agent's property. So, the ones i posted are what i had. My own will go up later...

http://newyork.craigslist.org/jsy/ You need to simplify your ad. It is too much to read. I like to see pictures of the unit and the view from the windows.

I've been working with a real estate agents who are not very good. I posted an ad here in the classifieds, but think I need more exposure for it.
I've advertised on craigslist: http://newjersey.craigslist.org/apa/509027416.html I need it off my hands!!!!
