This is great for GV, That Golds Gym on CP is tacky and too far from GV residents, who are more south... closer to Bayonne.

I highly, highly recommend looking into this when it opens. I'm a member and use the ones in Belleville, Seacaucus and Union City. The UC one is pretty small and cramped, but when they have room - and the old Against All Odds store is probably a good 8,000 sq feet - they make a real nice gym.

Membership for a year averages out to about $25/mo, the facilities are always quality and they have nice amenities (movie theater, day care, tanning bed, juice bar). It's a nice mix between the cheapness of Synergy and quality of better gyms like NYSC or what have you.

I would have thought 'retro fitness' meant you wore dark colored knee high socks and ran around a track after hours at the local high school !

Yea I saw that also few weeks ago. Its at the end of the mall behind Old Navy by the PC Richard entrance.
I wonder how the parking would be and what the hours of operation would be.
That would mean more "mall security" down that way.
Maybe they can get in there also and attempt to pump up.
What next, a muscle maker grill inside the mall?
Also thinking, why another gym, Golds is right across the street on Communipaw.

.
I saw a sign in a few of the vacated stores at the Old Navy end of the mall stating that a Retro Fitness would be opening soon. The Hudson Mall could use a little pumping up. Maybe Hans and Franz will make an appearance to draw in the crowds.
