It's the HVAC unit on top of McNair. Walk down 7th or 8th where the employee parking lot is and you'll hear it. I can hear it with my windows closed.

I live in the Hamilton Park/Village area and I've been hearing this sound for seemingly the entire summer, on and off. Anyone know if this is from residential/commercial/turnpike construction equipment, like a generator or something? I work from home and I can hear it even with my windows shut at almost any or all times of the day. Or maybe I'm just going insane?
