Fleet Week celebrated at Liberty State Park Updated May 27, 3:15 PM; Posted May 27, 3:15 PM By Caitlin Mota The Jersey Journal JERSEY CITY -- A rainy day did not stop Fleet Week activities from taking place in Liberty State Park on Sunday afternoon. Activities scheduled for the park were moved inside the Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal. Remember last year there was a disaster, one of the navy participants landed in the Hudson and died.
