Parks & Forestry, ask for a "brush pickup". They'll give you a song and dance about how much you can put out, ignore it. I put out a massive amount when I prune my peach trees.

The storm took out my pyracantha bushes (they were very large). I am doing a massive prune back in hopes of getting them upright again (hoping the root damage is not fatal).
Is it Public Works or Parks & Forestry you have to call to arrange to have them ground up a disposed of? Nobody is answering their phones yet (assume delayed openings).
