$100 is the discounted rate for residents of Hamilton Park. The regular monthly rate is about $350.

Hamilton Park residency is determined by this map: http://www.hpnajc.org/Neighborhood-Map

Thanks. Can I purchase a monthly pass for LSP Park and Ride online? Can it renew automatically once I purchase, or do I have to keep re-filling at a vending machine?

Parking is for sale at the TVM, and you must buy it from there every month. They go on sale 10 days before the start of the month and continue to be on sale until they sell out for the month. I parked there for about a year without ever having an issue.

Does anyone have a suggestion for the least expensive monthly parking in JC - preferably near Grove Street (or somewhere near JC, accessible by Uber). We are looking to park our car and leave it for most of the week, only pulling it out for weekend trips and the like. Thanks!

The cheapest parking in all of JC is over at the LSP Park and Ride.: $57.50/month ($50 + 15% parking tax).

Technically, it is walkable from DTJC, but much easier and quicker to reach via the light rail. The lot has 24hr security, and it is well lit at night.
