Maybe when they lose another election they will see the light.

Because you asked, here's the first graph of Matsikoudis' bio on his site:

"Bill Matsikoudis has dedicated twelve years of his career to public service, including nearly nine years as Jersey City?s chief attorney. Bill has deep ties to and a deep love for Jersey City, and that is why he is running for Mayor."

No mention of Healy there. Later in the 5th paragraph he mentions Healy. He, strangely, does not mention that members of the Healy Administration ended up in Federal Prison.

Thanks, this is unfortunately not surprising. If Mayor Fulop has been warm to developers, Healy treated them like royalty- and this lawyer was the person who signed off on all those sweetheart deals.

Matsukidis' supporters scarily remind me of Trump supporters, in that they are supporting based on negative campaigning, fear of "new people" or "outsiders," and completely ignoring past transgressions as their hate is so strong.

I have admittedly not navigated to the site, but in the same topic wonder this:

Does he own his time as the chief strategist/advisor/lawyer for the former Mayor Healy? Many of his positions now are conveniently at complete odds with what transpired during the 9+ years of the Healy regime.

Obviously it's a gigantic conspiracy, as we all know, mid-level workers at JP Morgan are where the real power lies.

I am simply asking a question of why it was omitted from his website. Did they think that working for JP Morgan wouldn't play well in my ward? If it's no big deal, why didn't they just mention it?

How is this relevant? She's a business administrator and has worked there for 16 years. JP (no relation!) Morgan has tens of thousands of employees in the NY Metro Area.

Here's Matsikoudis' statement on transparency:

"While government should not have to reveal aspect of its deliberative efforts, a Matsikoudis Administration will not only shed the light on government decision making but will engage the community in the process itself."

Is this an example of the Matsikoudis Administration shedding a light?

It's just a question. Why isn't it mentioned?
