I'd like to hear more in-depth news about the JCBOE's meetings on the state aid reduction. Is the BOE resigned to losing more Adjustment Aid? Is the BOE talking about the need to increase its local tax levy above 2.0% a year?

A special meeting of the Jersey City Board of Education will be held on Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the district central office, 346 Claremont Avenue, Jersey City, N. J. 07305 in the Dr. Emery Konick Jr. Conference Room on 1R. The purpose of the special meeting is to discuss and adopt a plan to address the state aid reduction.
Formal action will be taken. A public speaking session will be held.
