+1 for Ron Ackerman, below. I've been using him for several months now and find him to be smart, professional and highly skilled. He's also punctual so maybe I should increase this to ++2, lol? His number is 201.600.0768 - no website (that I'm aware of anyway).

Highly recommend Josef Weinstein of Realty Improvement. He just did work on my condo and he's got great insurance for the COI requirements. We're having him come in again for more work.

Can anyone recommend a contractor who has insurance that is accepted by a condominium association. The work to be done is to remove a ceiling to access and change the HVCA of my apartment in JC downtown. Your help/recommendations will be helpful. Thanks!!
