i just reached out to Our mayor via Facebook and he replied that both garbage & recycling are a GO for tonight. Gotta applaud the team out working on such a cold night - the mayor too.

Tks, dtview. That answers garbage for those parts that have garbage collected on Thursdays, but it fails to address Recycling (normally scheduled in my 'hood for tonight). Guess I'll take a chance and put it out unless someone can get us the definitive answer-
