We are looking for additional board members Would you consider it? I too support construction and change - that area needs it.

I also share the OP's frustrations with PADNA's almost singular focus on parking matters, and I say that as a car owner that actually parks on the street.

As it is often the case with most NAs, PADNA seems to be controlled by mostly old timers that seem to feel entitled to foist on everyone their goals/desires, with little to no input from newcomers, and those are usually centered around the issue of parking, or opposing new construction. It is a myopic attitude.

The neighborhood is coming along nicely, but it could definitely use some additional amenities. Luckily, more and more people seem to have discovered both Bucket & Bay and Departed Soles, which bodes well for their long term success. With luck, the Provost Square development will be completed soon and their slated amenities will bring area residents additional options.

This is an old blog posting.

Most issues have been resolved between club's owner and the building's owner/residents.

Club Transmission is open Wed-Saturday nights and open for brunch on Sunday!

Not everyone is against Transmission. I am on the PADNA board and would like to see it stay in business. Feel free to PM me to discuss.

If you're a Jersey City native or a "new" Jersey City resident who has been affected by the noise in your area, I would like to hear from you for an interview. I want to know if you have a logical solution to help an entertainment venue stay in business in the PAD?
