The ceiling and walls are well protected from noise. You can't hear your neighbors at all. There is street noise but hey, you live in a city!

|
We've been living there for many years. Best location; Nice concierge staffs; The lounge and the fitness center are pretty empty during the day time. You will hear the music during summer time if you live close to the Grove Plaza unit. Other than that, it's a great place to live.

It's nice, but shared amenities with rental units. Constant noise from Grove Plaza (for units facing it) and busy parking garage turned me off.

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a condo in the jersey city area. What do you guys think of Grove Pointe? I am just looking for a 1 bedroom. Any thoughts on the building etc?
