I'm going to sell my condo and I know a real estate agent who can help me with. Should I look for more than one agency to get more buyer or should I just work with the one I know because my listing will be posted on the master list anyways? Thanks.

Hi,

I?m looking for a private Mandarin lesson for my 8 yr old. You don?t need to be a professional teacher, as long as you can speak fluent Mandarin and read simplified Chinese character and enjoy teaching. Thanks.

We've been living there for many years. Best location; Nice concierge staffs; The lounge and the fitness center are pretty empty during the day time. You will hear the music during summer time if you live close to the Grove Plaza unit. Other than that, it's a great place to live.

This school had been a member of the AMS for many years but recently I found that they were no longer a member of the AMS and they took their web site out of the internet. I am curious to know what's going on with them.

I don't get the idea why school need to be closed / delayed open whenever there is snow, even only 1-3" or the day after snow day. I've been living in Canada for 8 years but never had a school day off due to snow except for very severe ice storm.

If my child is in public school, then fine as it's free. But we're paying high tuition in private school, every school day is money.

Anyone knows how the Jersey City cab meter fee calculate

I get on a cab this morning around 8:45am at the cab station on Columbus Dr. We have 2 people. The trip cost me $6.25 but there is an extra $3 shows besides that.

I ask the driver what that $3 is and he murmured then he ask me to give him $8. I ask again what that extra is and he said something about weight and told me to give him $7.

I suspect he wanted to charge the extra $3 that is not required but for himself. Anyone knows how what that is about?

Where to find out the current market price of a condo?

Hi, anyone knows where I can find out the current market price of a high rise condo? The only site i know is zillow.com but not sure if the price shown there is up to date.

The reason I'm asking is because an owner is selling their condo and ask for $700k but zillow estimate similar size apartment from the same building is less than $600k.

I definitely don't agree the parents let her pee in the middle of the grass as they should do it further away from it and try not let others see it. However, i understand this is not something the parents can control sometimes.

I do remember i had similar situation when my 3 yr old urge to pee in the park and we are just only few steps away from the bathroom. He couldn't wait for walking that few steps and end up peeing without pulling his pant down.

How many of your will share the money with most of your relatives and friends so everyone you know become millionaire?

If you do, will you feel unfair to yourself of giving out money to these people for no reason? If you don't, will those people feel bad towards you for not sharing?
