A sea of vehicyles . Does the idea of making Communipaw or Montgomery one direction going east in the AM for a 2 hr window then flip it around for 2 hrs going west in the late afternoon ?

They collect the data and sell it to anyone looking to locate vehicles and the people associated with them, like repo companies, bill collectors, lawyers, PI's and bounty hunters. Anyone can access it if they pay, which is scary.

I saw one on the 1&9 last week, but I think it was dark in color, similar make/model to what you're describing. It seems like the number of private companies gathering this data and selling it back to law enforcement is growing.

Yes, I saw that same car maybe 2 months ago driving around by Mallory Ave. It did have a computer inside to catch plates.
I believe it was a Daewoo, I took a pic of it just incase it was someone up to something in the area. I'll have to take a look at the pic again to see exactly the make.

Happen to see a White late model Hyundai Sonata (could be a Daewoo) driving around with two cameras on the trunk.
