I don't have an actual date on The One, but I can tell you that I walked past it two days ago, and the progress there is incredible. They are moving along very fast. But, it is still very much a construction zone. So, any leasing office would need to be located elsewhere if they are to open one soon.

Hi -- does anyone know what the status is on 110 1st St ("The One") and 70 Columbus? Are they opening the leasing offices soon in either of those buildings? I know for The One, there was that whole episode with them tearing up the park and JC delaying their opening until they repair it, but wondering if anyone has the latest. Thanks!
