Try this:
www.recyclingthepast.com They are located in Barnegat, NJ- they have a large selection of antique doors. I managed to find 5 panel doors that needed minimal restoration for @$150-200 or this place: www.amighini.net These guys are located off of JFK blvd near Journal Square. They also have a decent selection of stuff but they can be a bit pricier, although they are much closer, so definitely worth a look.

Maybe you could work backwards - Find a carpenter/contractor and see if they can find a door (or make one).
