Heights, FYI in my current living situation both my roommate and I are on a yearly lease. That would be my ideal situation again. Many rooms for rent on Craigslist at the moment would require a lease. Was your previous post about the Chinese meant to be sarcastic or perhaps something worse?

Police Director James Shea spoke at out block association meeting and mentioned Jersey City wants to charge a hotel tax to all those that rent lodging in J.C. This includes rented rooms, and vacationers that use online reservations such as Airbnb.

Hello. Other than Craigslist where do people post looking for roommates these days for here in JC? I'm looking for a room with one or 2 other people in downtown or on the backs side (east side) of Journal Square Path station, the island section like where Magnolia and Waldo streets are. I'd like to stay under $900 a month. Thanks!
