This D-bag as you put it may have needed what the four year old
had just to survive. Who are you to judge? Maybe he was down on his luck and this child waved what he wanted/needed in his face so he took it. Stop being so judgmental.

Perhaps this guy is insecure about himself because his last name also refers to the size of his reproductive organ, and that's why he felt he had to rob a 4-year old. Simple explanation, you know.

Around noon on Platform B, the 25-year-old mother was holding hands with her daughter when the man -- later identified as George R. Small -- grabbed the hands of both victims and forcibly took the child's plastic shopping bag and $3 from the victims, Port Authority police spokesman Joseph Pentangelo said today.
