JC and NYC are heaven for people with relatively little net wealth but high income and growth potential. Of course people are hard working to take advantage of the upward mobility.

Out of 116 of the most populated cities in the United States, Jersey City tied with Garland, Texas, at the sixth most hard-working, according to finance website WalletHub.
