OK, so this is the parcel of land directly south of 18 Park? Or directly south of the the parcel that will have the hotel?

Anybody else confused by the new street names in that area? Seems a little weird to call that small little street Park Avenue. And I thing I remember seeing renderings of the area, and there was like a strange, randomly numbered street there, like 4th Avenue or something. Seems completely random like they are picking generic street names out of a hat.

Any update on retail for 18 Park? I think Beechwood Cafe was planning on opening a Beechwood Cafe II or something there?

It'll be next to 18 Park, either across (and thus South) from it, or next (and thus West) to it. I suspect St. Peter's street is one of the as yet unbuilt but planned LHN streets.

Where is Saint Peter St?
