I wonder if his attorney will seek a financial restitution with the taxi driver and have the pending Court case dropped?

An aspiring actor from Jersey City is now playing the role of accused taxi cheat. Timothy Gauntt, who says on his LinkedIn page that he "has been cast in films and television series set to release in 2015," was apparently drunk and refused to pay a taxi driver after a ride home from New York City, Jersey City police said. Gauntt, of Sanford Place in Jersey City, is charged with robbery, resisting arrest, and obstruction. His bail was set at $35,000 with a 10 percent cash option when he appeared in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey City Monday via video link from the Hudson County jail. More
