A happy ending! Cat reunited with owner this afternoon. Unfortunately not the other cat missing in the VVP area.

You can take it to Liberty Humane and they will check for a chip and place it on a stray hold for 7 days to give owners chance to come in and claim it. If you cannot transport it, call Animal Control and they will take it there for you. They have markedly improved in the last few years (AC) so don't hesitate to call them. :)
Can you tell us here where you found it?

Grey and white with a red nylon harness. The phone number on the tag isn't a working number. It followed me home early this morning but I can't take it inside because I have 2 other cats.
Will take it to a vet this morning to see if it has a "chip" Call if any leads - Two Zero One - 621 3249
