JP is clearly the best at handling the job. As for the HC approval, just keep in mind that Dan is not eternal and fresh eyes are already in that are not tied to the status quo..

S and S Roofing and Masonry did my Roof and he did a great job. I did get a quote, to do the stairs but I am not sure if I would definitely use him for the stairs. It is definitely worth getting a quote from him. If his masonry is as good as his Roofing work, you can expect a great job.
Any Idea who did the stairs that were just done?

I think it would depend on Dan's mood.
It was recently completed a few months ago on 4th st (between Jersey Ave & Coles)

Thanks Richie. I have dealt with Dan before, when changing my roof and can concur that he does suffer from a case of delusions of grandeur... We will see what happens when the time comes.
Thanks, Joe

If that is how it was originally then you won't have a problem but if they were that way then your out of luck. Dan is a complete "tool".
I think he's on better behavior with the new administration. You should go down and meet with him and discuss your intentions. He should tell you exactly what you need to do and how to do it.

I live in a historic zone and was wondering if anyone knows if it would be possible to change my front stairs from wood to the original stone stairs.
Would we receive the OK? And if so, who in the area is known to do this work? Thanks, Joe
