My Fox NY was following it with their camera. When they announced that it was passing the World Trade Center, I looked out the window and up and I saw it.
There is a picture here. No video: http://www.myfoxny.com/story/23764690 ... -to-fly-over-hudson-river

Probably too late to really get the word out. Why don't they announce these things better??
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) ? New Yorkers who see a low flying airplane along the Hudson River on Wednesday morning will have no need to panic. On Tuesday the FAA announced that a commercial airbus A320 airliner would be conducting a ceremonial flight at around 7 a.m. The plane will likely fly from the Verrazano Bridge towards the George Washington Bridge at an altitude of 2,000-ft, CBS 2 reported. The plane will then head to Kennedy Airport for a ceremony.
