That stencil was cool!

The 'quick' technique looks like Banksy to me too, but it seems as if the inspiration / concept came from a German artist Evol (and possibly others before him):

The thought crossed our mind as well, it had that hallmark look but who knows. I wish it wasn't painted over, it looked really cool.
