Was this actually in the 10 Regent or along Tidewater/Liberty View? Its alarming to think someone could be trying to force entry while in plain view in a hallway.

There was apparently a break in and an attempted break in, using a screwdriver like device. I am an owner and I attended the meeting to discuss the security issue. They're proposing a number of things which should deter further incidents.

Thanks for this information. We are the red-headed stepchildren known as renters so we are not privy to this. I am definitely glad they are doing something about it. The front desk has been increasingly aggressive and I was just curious about that.

Anyone know whats with the increased security and interest from property management lately? I mean, don't get me wrong, security is great. But this is the first we have dealt with this since moving here almost a year ago. Was there an incident?

What kind of increased security aside from disabling the use of the side door as a means of entry?

You live there why not inquire with your association, or whoever does the hiring with the security company.
