Yep. And for whatever reason many stores on Brighton Beach cater to the Russians.

This is truly a mystery wrapped in enigma and served with borsht.

Neither of those places are very good, but it's a mall food court, so wtf expects more?

Also lol at "caters to middle-class indians". Yea, like the McD's, Taco Bell, Sbarro's and BK that have been there since the mall opened? Like the Johnny Rockets that opened up a year or two ago? Pretty funny how two joints out of ~20 is suddenly catering to picky indians.
