Donnell D. Robinson, 25, of Rose Avenue, made his first court appearance yesterday on the charges of kidnapping and attempted sexual assault, the criminal complaint says. Robinson ?forcibly dragged? the victim into the basement of a McAdoo Avenue building, where he ?smacked the victim in the face while forcibly pulling the victim?s pants down below her hips,? the complaint says.
