Might try New England A/C in Hoboken. He has about a 4,000 sq. ft. sheet metal fabrication facility right there. Can make just about anything. Made some odd sized elbows etc for me about a yr. ago. Worth a phone call 201-656-0737.

Does anybody have a recommendation for a local machine shop that can do some precision steel fabrication?
