Newark is tundra.. anything you do is an improvement....
I give Booker a pass when it comes to retail politics. The man was elected to the Ninth Configuration of Hell.. there is only so much a mortal can do to fix that mess.

It's too bad he is not supporting Fulop over Healy. But I understand why. He is laying the ground work for a possible senate run and his building support.
In my opinion he is still needed in Newark....he's done more good than harm there.
