I think the comfort food market might be a bit saturated.

If something was on Newark Ave and stayed open all night, you could make a killing off of the after-bar crowd -- right now Hollywood fried chicken is one of the only options.

What does downtown Jersey City need in a new Restaurant? We are considering opening an America comfort/ french influence restaurant and want to hear from our future diners! Any great ideas? What is Jersey city missing? Thank you in advance for your input!
