I'm a meat kind of guy, so healthy to me means lean grilled meat with the carbs moderated to your needs.
The grilled meats with rice noodle & veggies at Nha Trang. You could even order just the meat and steamed veggies. 1/2 roast chicken from Goody's with rice & Salad $6. If you're eating light it's 2 meals, easy. I'll bet they even have brown rice. Order kebabs at Legal Beans and pick up your own salad makings.

I second Gypsy Grill!! I die for their Moussaka...
Also really love Subia's Organics... they have a delicious and healthy menu.

I like the sampler plate at gypsy grill -- falafel, hummus and tabbouleh salad w a lentil soup is a great dinner and its relatively healthy

Greek To Me has a good soup and salad special. Wonder Bagel also has premade salads. Get the wheat bagel with egg-white western.

I know most restaurants have at least one healthy option, but does anybody have a good suggestion for a light, healthy dinner? Preferably something quick/to go, with several healthy options or salads ... but any ideas will be appreciated.
